At Olive & Kin Ceramics, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade ceramics crafted with care and attention to detail. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase:

1. Change of Mind:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Each piece is individually handmade and may have slight variations, adding to its unique charm.

 

2. Damaged Items:

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, accidents can happen during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To facilitate the refund process, please provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

A refund or replacement will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon review of the provided documentation.

 

3. Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

 

4. Refunds:

Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will only be considered upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item and its packaging.
